Privacy Policy
This policy explains how QPS Studio ("the tool", "we") handles information. QPS Studio is an internal publishing tool operated by Quantum Media Studio, the media division of Quantum Proyectos & Servicios S.A.C., Tacna, Peru.
1. QPS Studio uses YouTube API Services
QPS Studio uses the YouTube API Services to publish and manage videos on YouTube channels owned by Quantum Media Studio. By using QPS Studio, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
2. Who uses the tool
QPS Studio is not offered to the public. Its only users are authorized Quantum Media Studio staff, who connect the tool to YouTube channels that Quantum Media Studio owns. We do not collect information from viewers of our videos or from any other YouTube users.
3. Information the tool accesses
When a staff member authorizes QPS Studio with their Google account, the tool can access, for the channels they authorize:
- OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Google;
- basic channel information, such as the channel ID and title;
- information about our own videos, such as video IDs, titles, descriptions, tags, privacy status, schedule, captions and thumbnails;
- YouTube Analytics reports for our own channels, such as views, watch time and audience retention.
The tool does not read other users' comments or private messages, does not access payment information, and does not access data about channels we do not own.
4. How the information is used
- to upload our own videos and set their metadata, captions and thumbnails;
- to schedule the publication of our videos;
- to review the performance of our own channels and improve our content.
We do not sell this information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not combine data from channels owned by different people or organizations.
5. Storage and retention
OAuth tokens and the data listed above are stored only on the computer where QPS Studio runs, in files that are not published or shared. We keep YouTube API data only as long as we need it to manage our own channels, and we refresh or delete it as required by the YouTube API Services Developer Policies. If authorization is revoked, we delete the stored data that came from that authorization within 30 days.
6. Sharing
We do not share YouTube API data with third parties. Information may be disclosed only if Peruvian law or a valid legal process requires it.
7. Third-party content and advertising
QPS Studio and this website do not show advertisements and do not allow third parties to serve content or ads to users.
8. Cookies and information on devices
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. The QPS Studio tool stores its OAuth tokens and working files on the computer where it runs; it does not place cookies or collect information on any other device.
9. How to revoke access
Anyone who has authorized QPS Studio can revoke its access at any time from the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the tool changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
