Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of QPS Studio, an internal publishing tool operated by Quantum Media Studio, the media division of Quantum Proyectos & Servicios S.A.C., Tacna, Peru.
1. YouTube Terms of Service
QPS Studio uses the YouTube API Services. By using QPS Studio, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
2. Who may use QPS Studio
QPS Studio is for the internal use of authorized Quantum Media Studio staff only. It may be used only to manage YouTube channels owned by Quantum Media Studio. It is not offered, sold or licensed to the public.
3. Acceptable use
- Upload only content that Quantum Media Studio owns or has the right to publish.
- Comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines, monetization policies and disclosure requirements, including the disclosure of altered or synthetic content.
- Do not use the tool to access, collect or modify data from channels that Quantum Media Studio does not own.
4. Privacy
How QPS Studio handles information is described in our Privacy Policy, which also refers to the Google Privacy Policy.
5. No warranty
QPS Studio is provided "as is" for internal use, without warranties of any kind.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
